Hello and welcome back to Elad Haber’s corner of the internet.

It’s been a great year for my writing. I had a book published! Also, some stories!

Let’s start with my debut short fiction collection, The World Outside. Available from the river site.

Twenty one stories covering over twenty years of writing and publishing. Stories herein were published in tiny chapbooks, ancient websites (some erased from history), some big sites, some small sites, and some not published at all (till now).

I am very proud of the book and would love to see it mentioned in some year end lists, even though I know that’s a bit of a reach. If you are reading for awards, especially with an eye for slippery tales in all genres, let me know and I’d be glad to send you a copy.

I also had a few stand alone stories published this year.

My bible-themed story, “No Words to Describe the Sky” was featured in podcast form in early July. Link here.

And my favorite publisher, Underland Press – who put out my book – also put out another edition of their Cozy Cosmic series and included my warped Disney World story, “End of Line.” I’m reading through the book now and it’s excellent! Highly recommend checking it out.

I have a few more acceptances waiting on publication (maybe this year??) and a whole lot of stories on submission, as always, so I’m hoping for a productive 2025!

Thanks for stopping by.
